Abstract
ARTIGO DE VIDRO REVESTIDO, UNIDADE DE VIDRO ISOLADO, E MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UM ARTIGO DE VIDRO REVESTIDO. Um filme delgado em multicamadas possuindo como um componente primário, um revestimento de óxido de zinco altamente dopado, e opcionalmente, uma camada de fundo de supressão de coloração e uma cobertura protetora de óxido metálico. A sobreposição de filmes é preferivelmente depositada sobre um substrato transparente através da deposição por vapor químico em condições atmosféricas. A sobreposição de filmes apresenta uma desejável combinação de propriedades que inclui alta transmitância da luz visível, transmitância relativamente baixa da energia solar, baixa emissividade, e alta seletividade solar.
