Abstract
FERRAMENTA DE MOLDAGEM PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE PRODUTOS MOLDADOS POR SOPRO VIA EXTRUSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de moldagem para a produção de produtos moldados por sopro via extrusão, que compreende ao menos três porções de moldagem (2a, 2b, 3) que definem uma cavidade de moldagem (4) e das quais duas estão na forma de moldes externos (2a, 2b) e uma está na forma de um molde central (3). Os moldes externos (2a, 2b) e o molde central (3) são deslocáveis e se direcionam uns aos outros no sentido de um movimento de abertura/fechamento da ferramenta. O molde central (3) é fornecido com detentores de componente (11) que podem ser movidos para fora e para dentro do plano de ferramenta definido pelo molde central e são dispostos, por sua vez, sobre um portador (10) que também é deslocável em relação ao molde central (3).
