FUNDIÇÃO DE TIRA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um dispositivopara fundição em tira que utiliza um molde viajante que é resfriado por um refrigerante líquido. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de o refrigerante ser metal líquido ou líquido iônico. Preferivelmente, o refrigerante escoa com escoamento turbulento através do dispositivo de resfriamento atribuído ao molde viajante.
