Abstract
CONJUNTO DE LED Um conjunto de LED emprega um dissipador térmico (30), um LED (10) montado termicamente no dissipador térmico (30), e uma placa de circuito impresso (20) incluindo um furo (21) ao longo dela para facilitar a montagem de superficie térmica do LED (10) no dissipador térmico (30). A placa de circuito impresso (20) tem preferencialmente a superficie montada no dissipador térmico (30). O LED (10) é assentado dentro do furo (21) e inclui condutores (11, 12) eletricamente acoplados à placa de circuito impresso (10) onde uma porção de cada condutor (11, 12) é de forma parcial, assentada dentro do furo (21), e 1 ou o dissipador térmico (30) inclui uma haste (31) assentado dentro do furo (21) e o LED é montado termicamente na haste (31).
