COMPOSIÇÕES DE LIMPEZA NÃO-AQUOSAS, ESTABILIZADAS PARA SUBSTRATOS MICROELETRÔNICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições não-aquosas de dissolução e limpeza para limpar dispositivos microeletrônicos, a referida composição que contem pelo menos um composto polar orgânico contendo enxofre como solvente de dissolução, pelo menos uma fonte de uma base forte de hidróxido isenta de água e, pelo menos um agente estabilizador da hidroxipiridina para inibir reações secundárias prejudiciais.
