Abstract

FERRAMENTA DE REBITAR HJDROPNEUMATICAMENTE OPERADA, E, MEMBRO MÓVEL Uma ferramenta de aplicar rebites com ruptura das hastes inclui uma restrição de fluxo (14) para fluido hidráulico usada para acionar a ferramenta em uma direção extratora de haste. Isto serve para prevenir rechaço da ferramenta devido à rápida aceleração de um êmbolo interno (4) quando a haste do rebite de haste rúptil se rompe. As restrições de fluxo da técnica anteriormente existente (14) geram um jato (10) de fluido hidráulico de alta velocidade para o interior da ferramenta que pode danificar componentes (26) por erosão. Uma válvula amortecedora de fluido revista (14', 14", 14"', 40, 42, 42') deflete e/ou difunde o fluxo de fluido para evitar danos por erosão.
