Abstract
MATERIAL EXCIPIENTE, EM PARTICULAR PARA MELHORAR A QUALIDADE DE UMA JUNTA DE UNIÃO FORMADA DURANTE UMA LIGAÇÃO TÉRMICA DE DOIS COMPONENTES ESTRUTURAIS METÁLICOS. A invenção está relacionada com um material excipiente 1, 4, em particular para melhorar a qualidade de uma junta de união formada durante ligação térmica de dois componentes estruturais metálicos 11, 12. De acordo com a invenção, o material excipiente 1, 4 compreende um núcleo 2, 5 e um revestimento 3, 15 que fica em torno do citado núcleo, no mínimo, em seções. Por causa do material excipiente compreender um revestimento 3, 15 sobre o núcleo 2, 5, o material de liga para o revestimento 3, 15 pode ser selecionado vastamente independentemente de qualquer possibilidade limitante de exigências metalúrgicas com relação ao material de base para o núcleo 2, 5, de forma que com a utilização do material excipiente heterogêneo 1, 4 de acordo com a invençao, as características ótimas da junta de união dos componentes estruturais ligados sempre resultam, vastamente independente da composição dos materiais do núcleo 2, 5. Se uma geometria seccional cruzada essencialmente no formato de H do material excipiente 1, 4 for utilizada, além disso, a fixação ou alinhamento preliminar dos componentes estruturais 11, 12 que são para serem unidos em um processo de ligação térmica se torna possível.
