Abstract

Equipamento para injeção simultânea de gás natural e carvão em dupla lança nas ventaneiras do alto forno refere-se o presente pedido de patente de invenção a um equipamento que tem por finalidade, possibilitar a injeção simultânea de gás natural e carvão pulverizado, através de ventaneiras do alto forno em dupla lança, instalada em cada ventaneira. Com este equipamento, tem-se no processo, a divisão do fluxo de carvão pulverizado e gás simultaneamente nas ventaneiras do alto forno, otimizando a combustão da mistura dos dois combustíveis, aumentando a eficiência do alto forno com a consequente redução do custo operacional.
