Abstract
FILTRO DE CERÂMICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um filtro de cerâmica formado sobre um material de base poroso e que tem uma quantidade e seletividade de transmissão satisfatórias. O filtro de cerâmica tem uma primeira camada densa de superfície 3 que tem um diâmetro de poro médio de 0,1 a 3 um sobre um material de base poroso de alumina 2 que tem um diâmetro de poro médio de 1 a 30 m, uma segunda camada densa de superfície 4 que tem um diâmetro de poro médio 0,01 a 0,5 m sobre primeira camada densa de superfície 3, uma terceira camada densa de superfície 5 feita de um sol de titânia que tem um diâmetro de 0,3 a 20 nm sobre a segunda camada densa de superfície 4. Mais ainda, sobre a terceira camada densa de superfície 5 uma camada de membrana de carbono 6 como uma membrana de carbono de peneira molecular está formada.
