APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM EMBALAGEM. Embalagem do tipo constituída pelo conjunto pote (1) e tampa (2), de formatos quaisquer, confeccionados em material plástico apropriado através dos processos de termoformagem, injeção, vaccum forming, ou similar, e cujas respectivas bordas (3) e (4) apresentam mesma seção em "U" invertido, e são encaixáveis entre si, bordas (3) e (4) essas providas de correspondentes abas (5) e (6) passíveis de serem unidas entre si de forma permanente, configurando lacre, sendo que na parede vertical (4a) da borda (4) da tampa (2), é prevista linha picotada (7) cujo rompimento promove a abertura da embalagem, bem como evidencia sua violação.
