Abstract
ARTIGO DE METAL MOLDADO POR INJEÇÃO, E, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ARTIGO DE METAL MOLDADO POR INJEÇÃO. A presente invenção inclui a um método para fabricar um artigo moldado por injeção e ao artigo moldado por injeção. O método inclui a mistura de pós de metal e um ligante para formar uma mistura. Os pós demetal incluem um material básico e pelo menos um material radiopaco. A mistura é injetada em um molde e processada em uma peça verde. A peça verde tem os ligantes removidos para formar uma peça marrom. A peça marrom é sinterizada para criar um artigo completo. O artigo completo inclui uma liga de metal que inclui o material básico e uma dispersão do pelo menos um material radiopaco substancialmente independente da liga de metal.
