PROCESSO PARA CONDICIONAMENTO DO GRÃO INTEIRO DE CEREAL DE CERVEJA USADO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE CERVEJA. A invenção refere-se a um processo para o condicionamento de grão inteiro de cereal para cerveja, especialmente de cereal para cerveja natural e maltado. Para aperfeiçoamento do processo de maceração e para aumentar o índice de brassagem e a qualidade do produto, o cereal para cerveja é condicionado e em seguida aduzido a um processo de descorticação e/ou fragmentação mecânico.
