Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO. Um dispositivo de modelagem por injeção (1) com uma chapa distribuidora (3) , possui no mínimo um canal de fluxo (4) com pelo menos um bocal de fecho por agulha para um material líquido, através do qual o material líquido é alimentado em um conjunto de fârmas separáveis, na continuação do canal de fluxo (4) . Uma agulha de fecho (20) com uma bucha condutora (30) para a execução e impermeabilização da agulha de fecho (20), que é levada a uma posição de fechamento e a uma posição de abertura por meio de um acionamento, atravessa o canal de fluxo (4) no mínimo com deslocamento longitudinal e em grande extensão. Para continuar aperfeiçoando a condução e impermeabilização da agulha de fecho (20), está previsto que esta será envolvida dentro da bucha condutora (30) por um elemento anular (60) de material sintético flexível e resistente à temperatura elevada por união positiva.
