Abstract
SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA REQUISIÇÃO DIRETA DE COTAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se aos sistemas e métodos descritos que se referem a permitir uma negociação de contratos de câmbio ("FX") de balcão ("OTC") em um mecanismo de equilíbrio e compensação centralizado. Os sistemas e métodos descritas permitem transações anônimas, compensação centralizada, liquidação eficiente e a provisão de mecanismos de gerenciamento de risco/seleção de crédito para diminuição de risco, redução de custo de transação e melhoria da liquidez no mercado de FX. Em particular, as modalidades descritas aumentam a velocidade de execução facilitando o crescimento de demanda para negociação algorítmica, aumento de transparência de preço, diminuição de custo de negociação, negociação de consumidor com consumidor, e alocações de ativo automatizadas, negócios recorrentes, bem como eficiências de compensação e liquidação.
