Abstract
MÉTODOS DE FORMAR ARTIGOS DE MULTICAMADAS POR APLICAÇÕES DE TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL. Artigos revestidos podem compreender uma ou mais camadas de revestimento, incluindo revestimentos resistentes à água. Um método compreende aplicar tais camadas de revestimento por tratamento do substrato de artigo por um ou mais métodos selecionados entre tratamento por chama, tratamento corona, tratamento por ar ionizado; tratamento por ar de plasma e tratamento por arco de plasma e revestimento por imersão, pulverização ou fluxo. Adicionalmente, um método compreende moldar por injeção um primeiro material de substrato para formar um artigo, tratar a superfície de artigo por um ou mais métodos selecionados do tratamento por chama, tratamento corona, tratamento por ar ionizado, tratamento por ar de plasma e tratamento por arco de plasma, e sobre-moldagem do substrato de artigo com um ou mais materiais de barreira.
