Abstract
FORMULAÇAO E MÉTODO PARA INTENSIFICAÇAO DA ABSORÇÃO GASTRINTESTINAL DE AGENTES FARMACÊUTICOS A presente invenção se refere a um método de intensificação da absorção de um agente farmacêutico por administração do agente em combinação com um inibidor de BCRP/ABCG2, sendo a quantidade do inibidor aproximadamente igual à concentração crítica micelarda micela critica do inibidor ou inferior à concentração micelarda micela critica- crítica. A invenção também se refere a uma formulação ade- quada para uso para intensificar a absorção de um agente farmacêutico. O agente farmacêutico pode ser um agente quimioterápico. A invenção também se refere a cápsulas contendo a formulação.
