A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fechamento articulado (1) preferencialmente moldado na posição fechada, O dispositivo de fechamento possui uma base (2) e uma tampa (3) interconectada à base através de um dispositivo articulado (4). O mecanismo de fechamento (15) mantém o dispositivo de fechamento (1) na posição com relação a um gargalo (12) e evita a abertura indevida.
