Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A FUNDIÇÃO DE PEÇAS MOLDADAS. Processo para a fundição de peça moldada com as seguintes etapas: - preparação de molde de fundição (2), composto de núcleos de material de moldagem que completam um pacote de núcleo (1), - posicionamento do pacote de núcleo (1) em um molde de proteção (3) distanciado do pacote de núcleo (1), - enchimento do compartimento entre o pacote de núcleo (1) e o molde de proteção (3) com um material de enchimento (5) escoável, - vazar a massa fundida metálica no molde de fundição (2), - abrir ou retirar o molde de proteção (3) após o endurecimento da massa fundida, - retirada o máximo possível do material de enchimento (5), e - isolar termicamente novamente o pacote de núcleo restante com a peça moldada (7) endurecida que se encontra no mesmo.
