Abstract
POLINUCLEOTÍDEOS QUE CODIFICAM ENZIMAS DO CAMINHO BIOSSINTÉTICO DE CAROTENOÍDES E APOCAROTENOÍDES EM CAFEEIRO. A presente invenção descreve polinucleotídeos que codificam polipeptídeos que compreendem o caminho de biossíntese de carotenóides e apocarotenóides na planta de café. Também descritos são uma sequência de promotor de um gene para carotenóides em café e métodos para uso desses polinucleotídeos, polipeptídeos e sequências de promotor para regulação de genss e a manipulação de sabor, aroma e outras características de grãos de café, bem como a manipulação de fotossíntese na planta de café.
