Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ALUMINAS BOEMITAS DE ALTA POROSIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de alumina boemita de alta porosidade, em que uma suspensão aquosa de boemita é misturada com uma quantidade eficaz de um modificador compreendendo um hidróxido ou um óxido de um elemento do grupo IIIA-VIA na Tabela Periódica dos Elementos e tendo um pKsp de mais de 11 para produzir uma mistura precursora e envelhecer hidrotermicamente a mistura precursora a uma temperatura elevada sob agitação com um consumo efetivo de energia de mais de 1 kW/m^3^.
