Abstract
COMPOSIÇAO ESTAVEL DE EMULSAO DE ÓLEO-EM-AGUA DE PROPOFOL, ADMINISTRÁVEL POR VIA INTRANOVESA; E PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇAO A invenção apresenta uma composição estável intravenosa de emulsão de óleo-em-água de propofol com conservantes mistos de baixa toxicidade, que é capaz de suportar contaminação acidental de bactérias e fungos. O sistema conservante empregado compreende éster monoglicerilco de ácido láurico (monolaurina) e um elemento selecionado de (a) ácido cáprico e/ou seus sais alcalinos solúveis ou seu éster monoglicerilico (monocaprina); (b) edetato; e (c) ácido cáprico e/ou seus sais alcalinos solúveis ou seu éster monoglicerílico (monocaprina) e edetato.
