Abstract
FORMULAÇÕES DE IMATINIB MESILATO NANOPARTICULADAS. A presente invenção refere-se à uma composição nanoparticulada de imatinib mesilato, ou um sal ou derivado deste, tendo perfis farmacocinéticos melhorados e variabilidade em alimentado/em jejum reduzida. As partículas nanoparticuladas de imatinib mesilato da composição possuem um tamanho médio de partícula efetivo de menos do que cerca de 2000 nm e são úteis no tratamento de leucemina mielóide crônica, tumores estromais gastrointestinais e doenças relacionadas.
