Abstract
FORMULAÇÕES DA COMBINAÇÃO DE NANOPARTICULAS DE CLOPIDOGREL E ASPIRINA. A presente invenção é direcionada a composições compreendendo uma combinação de clopidogrel nanoparticulado e de aspirina, ou sais ou derivados da mesma, tendo uma biodisponibilidade do clopidogrel aumentada. As partículas do clopidogrel nanoparticulado e opcionalmente as partículas de aspirina nanoparciculadas da composição tem um tamanho médio eletivo de partícula de menos do que cerca de 200 nm e são úteis na prevenção e no tratamento de patologias induzidas pela agregação de plaquetas. As partículas de clopidogrel e de aspirina também podem ser formuladas como um revestimento polimérico de liberação controlada ou sistema de suprimento de fármaco de matriz.
