Abstract
PROCESSOS DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA PENEIRA MOLECULAR DE METALO-ALUMINOFOSFATO, E DE CONVERSÃO DE HIDROCARBONETO, E, CATALISADOR. Um catalisador para a conversão de metanol em olefinas leves e o processo para a fabricação e o uso do catalisador são divulgados e reivindicados. SAPO-34 é um catalisador específico que se beneficia de sua preparação de acordo com esta invenção. Um material de semente é usado na fabricação do catalisador que tem um teor superior do metal EL do que aquele que é encontrado na parte principal do catalisador. A peneira melocular teve predominantemente uma estrutura cristalina de morfologia de paralelepípedo aproximadamente retangular com uma densidade de falha menor e uma seletividade melhor para olefinas leves.
