Abstract
BOLSA E PROCESSO DE MEIO DE CULTURA. A presente invenção refere-se a um recipiente de meio de cultura, tal como uma sacola que compreende um compartimento principal e um local da contenção que contém um concentrado nutriente até ele ser liberado na hora do uso. O local de contenção pode compreender compartimentos separados definidos por selos frágeis ou selos que compreendem um material reativo à água. Os saches que compreendem os selos frágeis ou um material reativo á água também podem ser apropriados para o local de contenção. As matrizes e os revestimentos que compreendem o material reativo à água também são apropriados. As cápsulas que podem ser pulverizadas e/ou dissolvidas também podem ser utilizadas.
