Abstract
A presente invenção se refere às composições que compreendem um derivado de polissacarídeo, em que o derivado de polissacarídeo compreende um polissacarídeo substituído por (a) pelo menos, um grupo hidrofóbico e (b) pelo menos, um grupo hidrofílico, em que o polissacarídeo é o poli alfa-1,3-glucano, poli alfa-1,6-glucano ou poli alfa-1,3-1,6-glucano.
