Abstract
CHAVE DE RADIO-FREQUENCIA IMPLEMENTADA POR SISTEMAS MICRO-ELETROMECÂNICOS. Uma chave de rádio-frequência implementada por sistemas micro-eletromecânicos ("Chave RF-MEMS") que compreende um meio de chaveamento micro-mecânico em um substrato (1) e que podem ser atuados entre duas posições: uma primeira posição (estado DESLIGADO, na figura 1) e uma segunda posição (estado LIGADO) O meio de chaveamento micro-mecânico compreende uma membrana flexível (6) livremente suportada por um meio suporte (3) que é curvável sob ação de meios de atuação (7) que deslizam livremente em relação ao meio suporte (3) durante seu movimento de curvamento.
