Abstract
COMPOSTOS DE N-FORMIL HIDROXILAMINA. A presente invenção refere-se aos novos compostos de N-formil hidroxilamina e seus derivados são descritos. Estes compostos de N-formil hidroxilamina inibem peptidil deformilase (PDF), uma enzima presente em procariotas. Os compostos são úteis como antimicrobianos e antibióticos. Os compostos da invenção exibem inibição seletiva de peptidil defQrmilase versus outras metaloproteinases tais como MMPs. Métodos de preparação e uso dos compostos também são descritos.
