Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA CINTA EM MATERIAL NANOCRISTALINO E DISPOSITIVO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM TORO ENROLADO A PARTIR DESSA CINTA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de uma cinta em material nanocristalino obtida a partir de uma fita fundida em um estado amorfo de com posição atômica [Fe1-a-bCOaN ib]1 oo-x-y.z-a. CuxSiyBzNb M' M"yM' sendo pelo menos um dos elementos V, Cr, AI e Zn, M" sendo pelo menos dos elementos C, Ge, O, Ga, Sb, ln e Be, com: a j16,9e5 , e apresenta uma flecha máxima da seção transversal da cinta inferior a 3% da largura da cinta, e, de preferência, inferior a 1% da largura, assim como a cinta e o toro obtidos e o dispositivo de aplicação do processo.
