Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições ccmpreendendo uma composição de acetaminofeno em nanopartícula, ou um sal do mesmo ou derivado, tendo biodisponibilidade aperfeiçoada. As partículas de acetaminofeno em nanopartícula da composição têm um tamanho de partícula médio eficaz de menos do que cerca de 2000 nm e são úteis no tratamento de desconfortos e dc>res, e na redução de febre e condições relacionadas.
