Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA CODIFICAÇÃO DE VETOR DE MOVIMENTO ADAPTATIVO POR FATIA PARA CODIFICAÇAO E DECODIFICAÇAO DE VÍDEO REDIMENSIONÁVEL ESPACIAL. São providos codificadores e decodificadores de video redimensionáveis espaciais e métodos correspondentes para a codificação e a decodificação de vídeo redimensionável. Um método para a codificação de vídeo redimensionável espacial inclui selecionar (1310, 1410) entre a codificação redimensionável e a codificação não redimensionável dos vetores de movimento em uma base por fatia.
