Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um material composto de mancal deslizante com uma camada de suporte de aço, uma camada de metal de mancal de uma liga de cobre, com um revestimento aplicado a camada de metal de mancal. A liga de cobre pode conter 0,5 - 5% em peso de níquel, 0,2 - 2,5% em peso de silício, 0,1% em peso de chumbo. A camada deslizante pode ser uma camada pulverizada, que é aplicada sem camada intermediária. São também indicados processos de produção.
