Abstract
Um aparelho (200/300) é capaz de distribuir um sinal de entrada para múltiplos sintonizadores dentro de uma unidade residencial usando uma arquitetura que é vantajosa em termos de esquema e capacidade de expansão. De acordo com uma modalidade exemplar, o aparelho (200/300) inclui um amplificador (20/30) operativo para receber um sinal de entrada tendo uma pluralidade de canais, e para amplificar o sinal de entrada para gerar um sinal amplificado. Uma pluralidade de acopladores conectados em série (21-24/31-32) é operativa para acoplar o sinal amplificado a uma pluralidade de sintonizadores (25-28/34-35).
