Abstract
PREPARAÇÃO DE BETA-AMINOÁCIDOS OPTICAMENTE PUROS TENDO AFINIDADE COM A PROTEÍNA ALFA-2-DELTA. São descritos materiais e métodos para preparar -aminoácidos opticamerite ativos, que se ligam à subunidade alfa-2-delta de um canal de cálcio são úteis para tratar dor, fibromialgia e uma variedade de distúrbios psiquiátricos e do sono. O método inclui reagir uma alil amina quiral com um 2-alquilnoato em presença de um ácido de Lewis e uma base para dar uma enamina terciária quiral, que depois de reação com amônia é hidrogenada para dar os -aminoácidos opticamente ativos.
