Abstract
APARELHO DE VISUALIZAÇÃO E MÉTODO DE FORMAÇÃO DE UMA IMAGEM EM UM APARELHO DE VISUALIZAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos de visualização à base de MEMS. Em particular, os dispositivos de visualização podem incluir acionadores (602, 702, 802, 804, 806, 808, 902, 1304, 1306, 1502, 1504, 1600, 1700, 1706, 1802, 1804, 2102) com dois eletrodos mecanicamente flexíveis. Além disso, módulos obturadores bi-estáveis (102, 200a, 200b, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1300, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1902, 2002, 2004, 2102, 2202) e meios para suportar os obturadores (112, 202a, 202b, 212, 502, 604, 706, 812, 902,1302,1406,1516, 1602,1704,1806) em módulos obturadores são inclusão divulgada nos dispositivos de visualização.
