SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO DE REJEITOS DE CABINES DE PINTURA DA INDÚSTRIA AUTOMOTIVA PARA GERAÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA E PRODUÇÃO DE VAPOR O ar das cabines de pintura (26) contendo VOC passa por um dumper (28) liberando ar e o material carregado em VOC é dirigido para uma roda de adsorção (22) que recebe ar fresco para dessorção de uma bomba (23) e libera ar limpo em (21). O ar mais VOC proveniente das estufas (27) passa por sua vez por um dumper (28) direcionando o ar carregado com VOC para alimentar uma câmara de combustão de uma caldeira (24) juntamente com o gás proveniente da roda de adsorção. A alimentação da caldeira também inclui um complemento gás natural. O fluido do ciclo Rankine que circula de (4) para (1) é aquecido na caldeira (24) e o fluido superaquecido e a alta pressão é usado para alimentar uma turbina (25) e um gerador elétrico (30) por uma linha (1).
