"DISPOSITIVO PAPA ABRIR RECIPIENTES FLEXÍVEIS HERMÉTICOS, E, RECIPIENTE FLEXÍVEL HERMÉTICO". É descrito um dispositivo para abrir recipientes flexíveis herméticos (1), que compreende uma tira flexível (7) termosselada na superfície interna de uma parede (3) do recipiente (1) e que incorpora um filete tipo fita (9) que tem uma patilha de rasgamento (10) para causar o rasgamento da tira (7), e o conseqüente rasgamento da parede (3) do recipiente (1), por meio de uma patilha de pega (5) da dita parede (3). A patilha de pega (5) e a patilha de rasgamento (10) são escalonadas uma em relação à outra e hermeticamente isoladas por uma termosselagem (19) entre a tira (7) e a parede (3) do recipiente (1).
