Abstract
"SUSCEPTOR DE MICROONDAS PARA APLICAÇÕES DE COZINHAR E DOURAR". Um recipiente de alimentos que pode ser colocado em microondas inclui uma mistura regular de partículas de metal e partículas isolantes. A mistura de partículas de metal e isolantes permite maior aquecimento a ser gerado na superfície e aplicada mais regularmente ao alimento, resultando em melhor douramento de certos alimentos e melhor cozimento de produtos baseados em massa tais como pizza. Métodos de fazer tais recipientes de alimentos, métodos de cozinhar, e composições úteis para fazer recipientes de alimentos, também são descritos.
