MÁQUINA DE EXERCÍCIOS POSSUINDO UM SUPORTE DE ABSORÇÃO DE VIBRAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de exercícios (1) para treinamento do corpo, compreendendo uma estrutura (2) com um elemento vibratório (3), um gerador vibratório (4) conectado de forma operacional ao elemento vibratório (3). O elemento vibratório (3) é suportado pelos suportes de estrutura de absorção de vibração (9). O ajuste de um nível de absorção dos suportes de estrutura (9) permite se determinar a absorção de vibração de tal forma que as vibrações do elemento vibratório (3) sejam amortecidas a um grau selecionado, como resultado do que uma carga de treinamento desejada pelo usuário pode ser obtida.
