Abstract
MÉTODO DE FORMAR UM PAINEL DE GUARNIÇÃO PARA UM VEÍCULO. O método compreende dar forma a uma pele flexível (122); acoplando um material compressível (124) à pele; fornecendo stitching (113) à pele e à combinação material compressivel; então posicionando a pele e o material compressível em um molde; e dando forma a uma carcaça rígida (120) em torno da pele e o material compressível e uma parcela do stitching para fornecer uma primeira região macia onde o material compressivel é disposto entre a pele e a carcaça de modo que uma primeira região macia seja definida pelo material compressível.
