Abstract

MÉTODO PARA LIBERAR UMA ASPERSÃO NASAL. São providos um método de liberação de uma aspersão nasal e um aspersor com uma formulação compreendendo olopatadina. Uma aspersão de uma formulação é liberação no nariz de um sujeito. A aspersão pode ter uma característica de aspersão compreendendo um padrão da aspersão que tem um eixo maior de 20-45 mm, um eixo menor de 14-20 mm e uma elípcidade de 1-1,8. A aspersão pode ter também uma característica de aspersão compreendendo uma distribuição de tamanho de goticulas com um D10 de 15-30 um um D50 de 30-60 um, um D90 de 50-150 um, um SPAN não mais que 3, e% em volume de <10 um menor que 4%..
