A presente invenção refere-se a método de elaboração de composição alimenticia com precursor e componente de aprimoramento de alimento livre de conservante. O método utiliza precursor e componente de aprimoramento de alimento com aditivo alcalóide e amplificador da solubilidade de alcalóide, a fim de produzir composição alimentícia de alta qualidade que possui sabor superior.
