Abstract
PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UM PRÉ-IMPREGNADO EM FOLHA, FOLHA DE PRÉ-IMPREGNADO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL COMPÓSITO COM MATRIZ TERMOENDURECIDA. A invenção refere-se a um pré-impregnado em folha que compreende uma resina termoendurecível e uma estrutura fibrosa ligada por um solvente solúvel na dita resina termoendurecível. Durante a fabricação a quente e sob pressão do material compósito, o ligante solubiliza e libera as fibras da estrutura fibrosa que pode então fluir e preencher a integralidade do molde de fabricação do compósito. Pode-se utilizar uma estrutura fibrosa com fios contínuos ou fios cortados. O ligante permite manipular, enrolar, armazenar a estrutura fibrosa antes de incorporá-la em um pré-impregnado.
