A presente invenção diz respeito a um método de fabricação de um artigo laminado que inclui um material de construção colado em um filme retardador de vapor d'água que tem uma permanência a vapor d'água que depende da umidade ambiente aderida nos artigos laminados isolantes, e usos destes.
