Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A MANUFATURA DE SAQUINHOS A presente invenção apresenta um processo para a manufatura de saquinhos (1) em uma pluralidade de pistas em uma máquina de formação, enchimento e vedação, em que uma ou mais bordas dos ditos saquinhos compreendem perfis não lineares (7) sobre pelo menos 10% do comprimento da borda, e os ditos saquinhos são manufaturados por um processo que compreende: (i) a vedação de duas películas (9. 10) na direção longitudinal para formar uma pluralidade de tubos paralelos entre si; (ii) a vedação dos tubos ao longo de uma extremidade; (iii) o enchimento dos tubos com o material desejado; (iv) a vedação dos tubos na segunda extremidade para formar uma pluralidade de saquinhos (1), e (v) a perfuração de partes (8) das bordas vedadas dos saquinhos para definir as bordas não lineares (7).
