ELEMENTO METÁLICO ESTRUTURAL É descrito um elemento metálico estrutural para aplicações em porta, janela ou similares com melhores propriedades térmicas, tendo pelo menos uma superfície interior, uma superfície exterior e uma superfície interna, onde pelo menos uma superfície do elemento tem melhores propriedades ópticas por meio de um tratamento ou revestimento superficial. A superfície de acordo com a invenção tem melhor emissividade térmica e/ou reflectância solar. Adicionalmente, a invenção também diz respeito a um método de fabricar o elemento estrutural, tratado de uma maneira preferida ou com revestimentos preferidos.
