Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE RESINA DE MICHAEL CURÁVEL POR UV PARA UM SUBSTRATO DE MADEIRA, MÉTODO PARA USAR A MESMA, SUBSTRATO, E, DISPOSITIVO. A invenção aqui detalhada compreende uma família de formulações de revestimento curáveis por radiação, especificamente para substratos de madeira. Estas formulações de revestimento são baseadas em resinas acrilato multifuncionais formadas pela reação de monômeros e oligômero de acrilato com -cetoésteres, (por exemplo acetoacetatos), -dicetonas (por exemplo 2,4-pentanodiona), -ceto amidas (por exemplo acetoacetanilida, acetoacetamida), e/ou outros compostos -dicarbonila que podem participar em reação de adição de Michael. Estas resinas de revestimento irão curar sob condições de cura UV padrões com a adição de fotoiniciadores tradicionais.
