Abstract
TENDÃO DE AÇO COMPOSTO HÍBRIDO PARA PLATAFORMA OFFSHORE. Um tendão para uma plataforma flutuante offshore tem uma seção tubular formada de juntas de tubo de aço presas em conjunto. A seção tubular tem um interior vedado contra a água do mar para prover flutuabilidade. Uma seção de fibra composta é presa a uma extremidade inferior da seção tubular. A seção de fibra composta é formada de fibras não metálicas e tem um interior sólido.
