PLATAFORMA FLUTUANTE PARA ÁGUAS ULTRAPROFUNDAS. A presente invenção refere-se a sistema de plataforma flutuante inclui configurações de desenho de casco para limitar cargas máximas de tendões e auxiliar na inibição de respostas ressonantes no sistema de plataforma, levando a melhores movimentos para o pessoal, o equipamento e o suporte de tubo ascendente e sistemas de tendões mais leves e de custo mais baixo.
