Abstract
PROTEÍNA DE FUSÃO DE CELULASE E CONSTRUTO DE FUSÃO DE CELULASE HETERÓLOGO CODIFICANDO A MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a um construto de fusão de celulase heterólogo que codifica uma proteina de fusão tendo atividade celulolítica compreendendo um primeiro domínio catalítico derivado de uma exocelobiodrolase catalítica e um segundo domínio catalítico derivado de uma inzima celulase. A invenção refere-se também a vetores e células hospedeiras fúngicas compreendendo o construto de fusão de celulase heterólogo bem como métodos para produção da dita proteína de fusão de celulase e composições de celulase enzimáticas.
